Do I need to provide flight number when making reservation?
Providing your flight number helps us monitor your arrival and track any delays. Without this information, if your flight is delayed, we may assume you will not arrive, and the vehicle may be rented to another customer.
What to do if my flight is delayed or canceled?
If we have your flight information, we can monitor the situation.However, we advise contacting us as soon as possible to inform us of any changes. For canceled flights, contact us immediately to modify or cancel your reservation.
What are the rental procedures when picking up the car and what do we need?
Driver’s license and a passport.The vehicle will be handed to you with a full tank of fuel, and you are required to return it with a full tank. You will receive a rental agreement, which you should read and sign, along with the keys to the vehicle, a copy of the rental agreement. Please inspect the vehicle to note its condition before taking possession.

How do I find Anglers car rental at the airport?
Upon collecting your luggage, you will be greeted by our agent at the arrivals area, who will present you with a piece of paper bearing your name. Our agent will then guide you to the designated pick-up location for your vehicle.

What Insurance is included in the rental?
Third-party liability insurance is included for all our vehicles. During the booking process, you will be provided with additional insurance options from which you can select.
What to do if I have a flat tire?
All our cars are equipped with a compact spare tyre, you can change it yourself or contact us for assistance through WhatsApp/Telegram/phone call (+248) 2545959 or (+248) 2511958
What to do if I have an accident?
We are available 24/7 for breakdown assisstance. contact us for assistance through WhatsApp/Telegram/phone call (+248) 2545959 or (+248) 2511958, we shall guide you through process and provide with another car if available.
What if our keys are damaged or lost?
Contact us for assistance through WhatsApp/Telegram/phone call (+248) 2545959 or (+248) 2511958, we will deliver your new key within 2 hours. The cost of replacing the key in the amount of 300.00 to 400.00 euro, depending on the vehicle type.
Terms & Conditions
Drivers:
- Valid license for at least 1 year
- Passport and drivers license present during collection of vehicle.
Reservations and cancellations
- For the reservation process, we require details of the driver’s license and flight number.
- We accept reservations through our website, through WhatsApp/Telegram and by email
- We do not take any deposits
- We `accept payment by cash, credit/debit cards and PayPal
- You can cancel up to 24 hours before start of rental free of charge
Vehicle collection and return
- Whether it is the airport, cat cocos ferry terminal or hotel we will arrive prior to our meeting to ensure we will welcome you accordingly. At hotels, we will wait for you at reception lounge and communicate to you through WhatsApp/Telegram. At the airport or cat cocos ferry terminal you will be greeted by our agent at the arrivals area, who will present you with a piece of paper bearing your name. Our agent will then guide you to the designated pick-up location for your vehicle.
During collection: The car will be provided with a full tank of fuel. We will inspect the vehicle together and take photos/videos of its condition.
During return: The car must be returned with a full tank of fuel. We will inspect the vehicle together.
Additional charges may apply for late returns, missing fuel, or unusual damage.
Renters Responsibility
- You are responsible for any traffic or parking fines incurred during the rental. In the event that you are charged with a fine, please contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram, and we can help facilitate the settlement of these fines for you.
- In the event of an accident, you must notify us immediately via WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone call, as well as inform the authorities.
- The only authorized repair permitted is the replacement of a flat tire. No other repairs to the vehicle are allowed.
